Classes will meet Monday & Wednesday from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
Small class sizes of 12-15 students to maximize learning experience.
Cost: $295.00*
*includes 10 live classes, Modern Real Estate Practice 17th edition textbook, exam booklet and copy of N.H. state regulations.

Policies:
Students must attend all 10 sessions in order to receive N.H. Education Credit Affidavit.
Missed classes may be made up by attending the same class during the next session.
Tuition must be paid in full at least 1-week prior to the first class.
Students cancelling prior to the first class will receive 100% refund, 75% prior to third class, 50% prior to fifth class, no refund after fifth class.
